As the end-user looks at a face in a cell, a cursor appears like a nose in the middle of the cell.  You may wish to adjust the size of the dwell feedback type (shrinking dot or clock), depending on the monitor size and individual preferences.  Like many other introductory activities, this grid helps to identify the size of cell and grid layout that is most appropriate for the individual.
