Jokes and Riddles

This is a grid bundle which has been set up to do some 'knock knock' jokes and some 'what do you call a' kind of jokes. It uses the phrase linking part of the grid 2 software so if you download it you need to download is as a NEW USER otherwise it will loose the phrase linking contained in the user settings.

The gridset has been set up to use the phrase linking part of the grid 2 software to tell jokes. It enables the communication aid user to either be the teller or the recipient. If they are the teller they can click the knock knock cell to say 'knock, knock'. The recipient can then reply 'who's there'. The teller can then click on the cell of the joke they want to tell e.g. 'Gorilla'. The recipient can then respond 'Gorilla who?'. The teller can then select the 'knock, knock' cell again and the grid will automatically replace 'Gorilla knock knock' with 'Gorilla cheese sandwich and I'll be right over'. If the communication aid user is the recipient then can use the 'Who's there?' cell and can say 'Gorilla Who' by selecting the 'Gorilla' cell and the 'Who' cell.

The Riddles page works in a similar way however this time the teller starts with pressing the cell of the riddle they want to tell e.g. 'Skunk' and the cell will say 'What does a skunk do when it is angry'. The recipient can then say 'I don't know, what does a skunk do when it is angry?' The teller then selects the question mark cell and the phrase linking will produce the answer e.g. 'It raises a stink'. Again the communication aid user can be the recipient using the 'I don't know cell'.

Hope you like it. The best way to see how it works is to try it. Apologies for the standard of jokes!
