This grid set is based on the communication passport designed by CALL Scotland. This grid is designed to help a user share information about themselves, and help their peers to communicate with them. This grid set allows a user to navigate back to their communication pages, and create phrases to add to the different sections of their passport. Alternatively, the pages can be created and edited by people working with the user. Editing instructions are located throughout the grids.
