This gridset enables users to allow DTSL Assistive Technology to remotely support any Grid 3 issues. Remote sessions must be arranged by appointment only - contact us on 0800 864-382 (NZ), or atinfo@dtsl.co.nz, if you want to arrange this.
Note: Once your remote session is complete and closed down, DTSL does not have access to your device until a new session is created. DTSL does not retain access to your device.
