This grid set is for use by those involved in the 100 Voices project only.

This user survey is designed to let us hear the opinions of AAC users who are part of the 100 Voices project.

Please spend some time going through each of the questions with the individual. Read the questions out loud or select the question to hear it speak. Then read each answer out loud and point to the options as you say them. Then let the user select their chosen answer. You might need to read the answers more than once. Please give the user plenty of time to consider and choose their answer.

Try not to guide the AAC user to a particular answer – this survey is to gain their opinion!
